My alone time consist of a good book and time at the beach, hanging out pool side, a mani/pedi, the list is endless. But what I've learned in the 31 years that I've been around is that at some point we all need the alone time. It's time to reflect on life, all aspects of it. Work, home, family, friends and just embrace them.
There are moments when this alone time also gives you time to make decisions. Some are life altering, others aren't. But those decisions are best done when you've given time to sitting and thinking about it in a state of mental, and physical relaxation.
Take the time to relax, enjoy a cold one and most of all take care of your self.
